Dear Pannikin Coffee Employees
I have asked for the same drink for almost a year every time I walk through your door: Decaf Vanilla Soy Latte – NO FOAM. I want to congratulate your establishment on being the only café that has absolutely never given me the drink I ordered. What makes the experience even more memorable is the fact that I have rarely ever seen any of you smile, nor do you remember that I am ordering the same fucking drink every time. Each day you greet me as if I am a complete stranger who is at the mercy of your convenient location. Thankfully, I will no longer have to rely on your “service” and will feel completely justified in spreading the word to everyone in southern California regarding the incredibly bad, yet consistent care you each deliver to your unfortunate customers.
